These simple, easy-to-practice exercises have been specially designed for the Modern/ Busy Person. Derived from ancient Chinese (Qi Gong), Japanese (Shin-Tai-Do) and Indian (Patanjali Yoga) exercise forms, they are time tested.
The Energy Healing Exercises focuses on the flow of the energy along the meridians, influencing all the systems, organs and glands. The Energy Healing exercises are done in a gradual and gentle way which reduces the production of lactic acid at the same time harmonizes the mind body helping to balance the emotions and improve the mental outlook on life.
These exercises are for everyone, without any age barrier and are developed to be enjoyed. It focuses on the breath, health of the spine, muscles and joints.

Learn The Six Healing Sounds, an ancient art of converting negative emotions into positive emotions, using very profound, simple meditation.
The Six Healing Sounds to clear cool and regenerate the principal organs and help to improve the energy flow within them, enhancing their performance.
Thousands of years ago the Taoist Masters discovered the six healing sounds which keep the organs in optimal conditions. They discovered that healthy organs vibrate at a particular frequency.
To accompany the Six Healing sounds, six accompanying postures were also developed. Urban society creates a life full of physical and emotional stresses.
Separately and together, these stresses produce tension and start to block the free passage of energy flow in the body and, thus the organs overheat. Continued tension applied causes the organs to contract and harden. These sounds are vital to everyone with a tendency to build excessive heat in their system which in turn causes stress build-up.

It will produce a high grade of energy that can heal and eventually be transformed into an even higher grade of energy.
By learning to smile inwardly to the organs and glands, the whole body will feel loved and appreciated. Stress and tension will be counteracted, the flow of Chi increased and negative emotions will be transformed into positive thoughts, creating vitality.
#6 - NEW AGE MEDITATION (5 HOUR WORKSHOP $150/person – 3 TYPES OF MEDITATION TECHNIQUES) Date to be advised. Express your interest.
i) CHAKRA SOUND MEDITATION Meditation for beginners, simple, very practical, utilizing the sounds, qualities, colors of the charkas and coordinated by the breath. Recommended for all wanting to experience meditation.
ii) CANDLE MEDITATION Consists of four stages of 15 minutes. A cathartic (release) technique that makes you feel wonderful and light thereafter (duration 1hour.) Recommended for those who can’t sit with eyes closed for one hour in most meditation techniques.
iii) DYNAMIC EXERCISE/MEDITATION Consists of 5 stages (steps) in one hour, which provide very powerful catharsis (release) and allows you to carry your renewed aliveness with you throughout the day. Recommended for those who can’t sit for 1 hour with eyes closed and who need to be more physical.
