Crystal Basics

Learn about crystals, their properties, and their healing abilities.

We will discuss different shapes, sizes, qualities of different crystals. The importance of cleansing the crystals, do's & dont's and how to use them in our every day life.

Crystal Singing Bowls

Crystal bowls are white in colour, symbolising purity and new beginnings. They are sacred and carry an Earth Energy and have a profound personal and healing effect. They are great for balancing the chakras, feng shui, energy clearing, cleansing crystals, meditation etc.

Each bowl has its own colour, its own note (frequency), and relates to a corresponding chakra. The bowls are white frosted, rounded and light filled so they ring with smooth tones that resonate harmoniously within and vibrates out in the surrounding environment, creating peace and balance with Mother Earth and the Universe.

By creating your own vision board, you are telling the Universe that you are ready to manifest your dreams whether it is love, new relationship/s, abundance, a new home, better health, vitality or a new career.

A3 sized cardboard, scissors, glue, textas, magazines and basic materials will be provided. Any personal items such as photos, pictures etc that you wish to add, please bring these items along.

You may also wish to bring a backing board (such as chipboard) to mount your vision board to take home.

A session where Kidz can explore & learn about crystals and:

REIKI Level One

The Reiki Level One course initiates you into the healing tradition of Reiki, which is a gentle but powerful healing energy that also offers personal support and guidance.

Over this course you will explore the history of Reiki, its journey to the West and how it has evolved over the decades.

You will also learn how to bring Reiki energy into your everyday life to assist you in maintaining balance and energy. Further to that, if you continue to open yourself to this energy then personal change can happen in many ways, as the Reiki energy can be a guide and support.

A central element of the first degree course is the four Reiki attunements that you will receive. These attunements are initiations to attune your chakras to the frequency of this energy. This means that the energy will always be available to you when you open to it - it will never fail you.

Therefore, with very little effort you can experience the comforts and healing that Reiki can provide. You will also learn to complete a healing on others or on your pets.

Reiki energy is the universal life force and will complement any other healing modalities that you already use or may study in the future.

Reiki energy can also act as a guide to increase your higher senses, which can be used both in the context of healing, or in making important decisions about your life.

The Reiki Level Two course is the next step in your Reiki journey.

Completion of this course takes you to a practitioner level, which increases your capacity to heal others, as well as utilise the energy of the Reiki symbols for your own benefit.

In this course you will receive two further attunements that increase your capacity to be a channel for Reiki energy, especially through the use of the Reiki symbols. 

You will learn the three traditional Reiki symbols, explore their differing nature and experience how they feel. We will also discuss how they can be used for your own daily benefit and during the healing of others.

You will learn how to provide absent/distance healing to those who are not with you, as well as using your increased knowledge and healing ability to provide a full body healing to another. 

Sacred Women’s Circle

I am a working wife and mother of three children. Juggling & balancing home, work and many life challenges, I turned to alternative therapies for serenity and calmness. Kinesiology and Meditation helped me to realise my true life purpose and transition from the IT Industry to Natural Therapy. As a result, my life changing journey commenced.

My ultimate aim is to give back to the Community: to share and impart some of the experiences that have had such a positive impact on my life via workshops; to support and encourage individuals in their personal life journey through kinesiology and reiki; to have available the tools, services and products for achieving optimum health, vitality and wellbeing for my clients in one centre; and to work with all ages in a safe and nurturing environment.

Hence, Energy Creations Wellbeing Centre was created in March 2009 to expand my dream and vision. My goal for the centre is to provide a unique wholistic experience end to end for mind body spirit connection, thus allowing for inner harmony and outer balance on all levels.
