Reiki is an ancient Japanese therapy that translates to ‘Universal Life Force Energy’. Reiki is pure energy, a holistic healing technique that promotes optimum health and wellbeing.
Reiki helps restore a person to their normal state of balance by unlocking the body’s natural healing abilities. It treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit and creates many beneficial effects including relaxation and feelings of peace and tranquility.
Treatments follow a traditional pattern of hand positions, resting on or above the body. Reiki is excellent for treating painful conditions that aren’t suitable to be treated with other manual therapies.
Reiki Distant Healing is suitable for people in remote areas, children, elderly and people with illness or disabilities that may find it difficult to come in for an individual session. Photo's may be supplied.

Using a combination of Reiki, Chakra Balancing techniques, Tibetan Bowls & Cymbals, Drum & Chakra Chimes for the ultimate energy healing session.
Your Chakras will be balanced, energy blockages in your aura will be cleared, leaving you feel in a state of bliss as your body's energy system is restored.

Crystal Healing

Using a combination of reiki energy healing, crystals and gemstones to enhance your flow of energy, re-align your energy fields to restore inner balance and harmony.
Crystals will be placed on and around the body, hands, feet in an energy grid as required, working on all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Crystal wands and crystal bowl will be used throughout the session to clear blockages, balance the chakras, repair your aura, leaving you feel focused, calm, centered, re-juvenated and grounded.
